We strive to help clients recognize and honor their body’s hunger and fullness ques, while also learning to distinguish between physical and emotional feelings. It is a process that helps you to develop a healthy relationship with food, mind and body while learning to trust your body in a non-judgmental way. Mindful eating rejects strict “food rules” and “dieting” while helping you to focus on overall health and balance.
