Getting to a healthier place nutritionally involves helping our clients develop more respect for and comfort with her or his own body. We emphasize balance, work on realistic goals, and customize nutrition planning to meet individual needs. Our practice involves collaborating care with  healthcare providers and with other professionals who play a pertinent  role in the client reaching nutrition goals.
